Technical associations
Technical associations embody the DNA of our aeronautics and space school.
Student rockets that defy gravity, nanosatellites that explore space, ultra-realistic flight simulators or F1, a solar glider built from scratch… Each project confronts you with the real challenges of aerospace engineering.

AERO IPSA
AERO IPSA specializes in the design and production of experimental rockets in partnership with the Centre National des Etudes Spatiales (CNES).

IPSA Flight is an association whose aim is to design flight simulators: 1:1 scale Boeing 777, Airbus A320, Rafale etc.

I-TECH is oriented towards new technologies, specializing in 3D printing and the study of various automated mechanical systems.

IPSA AERO RC specializes in building and flying radio-controlled aircraft (gliders, helicopters, planes, airships…).

The IPSA ONE association is working on the design of a thruster for CubeSat (a nano-satellite weighing less than 5kg to be placed in orbit).

MACH 0.1 is an aeronautical piloting association and helps prepare the theoretical exams for the Brevet d’Initiation Aéronautique.

IPSA NOVATION aims to design a vehicle to take part in the Shell Eco -Marathon, a competition in which the goal is to cover the greatest possible distance on 1 liter of gasoline or energy equivalent.

The Office of Sustainable Development (BDD) is the initiative of the eco-delegates, whose aim is to carry the sustainable development strategy in response to the objectives of the 2017-2022 Green Plan.

IPL – Innovative Propulsion Laboratory
The Innovative Propulsion Laboratory (IPL) is an association of IPSA students dedicated to the design of liquid propellant rocket engines. Since September 2020, IPL has been an official partner of CNES within PERSEUS, a CNES educational project.
