TRONG EMPLOYABILITY OF OUR GRADUATES

During their studies, IPSA students typically receive job offers during their final internships, often leading to signing a permanent contract before obtaining their diploma.

  • 97% of students from the 2021 cohort have employment before their internship end date or within two months after the end of the internship.
  • 9% of the 2022 graduates have started their careers internationally.
  • Major companies in the sector recruit our students, as 77% work in organizations with more than 500 employees.
  • 30% have opted for experiences within start-ups or companies with a staff of between 1 and 499 people.
  • 15% have chosen experiences within start-ups or companies with a staff of between 10 and 499 people.
  • 11% are continuing their studies with specialized master’s degrees or pursuing a Ph.D.

The salary range upon graduation ranges from €35,000 to €41,000 gross annual.

WHAT SECTORS OF ACTIVITY AND PROFESSIONS ARE PRIVILEGED BY OUR IPSA GRADUATES?

The majority of the last IPSA graduation cohort currently work in the aerospace and aviation sector (49%), with 16% in the space industry. 8% are employed in engineering and business services. Some students work in industry (5%), defense (10%), as well as the automotive, railway, and naval sectors (4%), which remain attractive fields for our graduates. 3% work in the energy sector, 4% in information technology, and 1% in the electronics-telecommunications sector.

Regarding job functions, 40% of IPSA graduates work in research and development, design, or engineering offices for their initial positions. 11% work in the IT sector. 13% work in industry, production, and methods. 6% work in operations, management, and organization. 5% work in maintenance, 4% in quality assurance, certification, safety, and environmental roles. 4% work in testing services, and 3% work in marketing and sales roles.
