Become a pilot at IPSA

Different paths for the same passion

IPSA, an engineering school specializing in aeronautics and space, offers its students with a passion for flying several ways to realize their dream of becoming a professional pilot. Our renowned school accompanies its future engineers and experts through solid partnerships, tailored training and inspiring testimonials towards a career in the skies.

The IPSA x Aéropyrénées partnership
customized ATPL training

Since 2018, IPSA has been collaborating with the Aéropyrénées training center to offer its students who want to become pilots training for the ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence), the European airline pilot licence.

This partnership enables students to benefit from a streamlined program, adapted to their engineering training, with only 200 hours of theoretical courses instead of the usual 700.

The training also includes a practical part, with flying hours on aircraft such as the Piper PA-28 or the Cessna 172.
