Aerospace Supply Chain and Operations Engineering

The Aerospace Supply Chain and Operations Engineering specialisation trains engineer-managers capable of managing flows, suppliers, production and the performance of aerospace operations.
It prepares students for careers in supply chain management, procurement, planning, production and industrial performance.

Alongside their technical expertise in aeronautics and space, students develop skills in supply management, flow optimisation, supplier management and continuous improvement. They learn to balance quality requirements, cost control, deadlines and industrial constraints to improve overall organisational performance.
This combination of technical and managerial skills prepares them to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, secure supply chains and support the transformation of aerospace operations.
