The CVEC
a mandatory process
Last administrative step before the big jump!
Every student enrolled in an initial training program must pay the CVEC (Contribution de Vie Étudiante et de Campus) to finalize their enrolment. This contribution finances the many activities that enrich your daily student life.
- Amount: €103 (current rate for 2025)
- Online payment: https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr
- Documents to be provided: Certificate of payment to be sent to the school
Students with scholarships are exempt from payment, but must still take the necessary steps to obtain their certificate.

Academic preparation
don’t panic! There’s no need to study intensively all summer. Our aeronautics and space school will help you to improve your skills. However, a few reminders can help you get back on track:
– Review the fundamentals of mathematics, physics and algorithms, particularly for first-year students
– Refresh programming skills, especially with languages such as Python
– Keep up to date with current events in the aeronautics and space industries through lectures, videos and podcasts
Tip: Follow our social network accounts to immerse yourself in the school atmosphere and discover the projects of your future classmates!
Back-to-school checklist
- Pay the CVEC and keep the certificate
- Prepare a laptop that meets the recommendations
- Check your start date and consult the timetable
- Bring a few basic supplies
- A gentle introduction to key scientific concepts
