Maxime BALDENWEG

My name’s Maxime, I’m from Colmar and I’m in my 2nd year of integrated preparatory classes at IPSA.
I’ve had a passion for aeronautics since childhood, and passed my BIA in 2020, followed by a Bac with Maths and Physics-Chemistry specializations. Next year, I’ll be starting the sandwich course with a specialization in aerospace propulsion.
I chose IPSA not only because of its specialization in aeronautics and space, but also because of its job opportunities and partner companies. My father-in-law, an aviation enthusiast, passed on this interest to me by taking me to fly and maintain his touring planes.
What fascinates me is the rigor required to make a machine fly. At IPSA, the courses give us the theoretical foundations, the projects make us autonomous, and the use of professional software prepares us for the world of industry.
I’m part of the IPSA Racing Team, where I work on the battery for an FSAE single-seater, and the volleyball association.
My goal is to become an aerospace propulsion engineer in a company like ArianeGroup or Airbus.
If you’re curious and motivated, IPSA will give you everything you need to succeed!
