Anne-Ségolène ABSCHEIDT Managing Director, IPSA

Air and space often arouse the curiosity of the very young, naturally turning them towards the sciences. This is certainly the case for you.

Anne-Ségolène Abscheidt, General Manager

Since the early days of aviation, engineers and experts with a passion for aeronautics and space have always been at the forefront of innovation. So, over 60 years ago, the founders of IPSA dreamed of creating a school dedicated entirely to the adventure of aeronautics and the conquest of space, at a time when the impossible was becoming possible.

Six decades later, we’re keeping this vision alive, and we’re convinced that this passion, when carefully nurtured, can rise to the most ambitious challenges. And today, more than ever, the world needs your talents to meet the challenges of sustainable aviation.

France is one of the few countries in the world capable of designing and building an aircraft, from the initial idea to its first flight. No doubt because it trains the world’s best engineers. It is also home to some of the world’s leading aerospace companies.

IPSA is perfectly in line with this national ambition: it is one of the only schools to be able to train you in this “end-to-end” logic, thanks to a complete training program, from the design office and simulations to the design of a new engine or high-performance on-board systems.

IPSA students embody this vision through their many associative activities, their projects and their commitment to excellence in a demanding field, both at school and in the workplace.

The DNA and culture of IPSA, its students, graduates, teachers and administrative staff are entirely dedicated to this sector.

“The dream of IPSA’s founders, over 60 years ago, was to found a school focusing all its energy and efforts on aeronautics and space. Today, more than ever, the world needs your talents to create the aircraft or launcher of tomorrow: one that will fly higher, faster and further, while being environmentally friendly.
France is one of the few nations in the world capable of designing and building an aircraft from start to finish. It is home to some of the world’s leading aerospace companies. IPSA is part of this national ambition, offering a complete training program, from the study to the design of high-performance engines and on-board systems. The DNA of the school, its students, graduates, teachers and staff is entirely dedicated to this sector.
Dare this adventure to realize your potential and transform the world.”
