Éric BOULLIER
from IPSA to Formula 1
“95% of Formula 1 and motorsport in general are very similar to aeronautics, whether it’s the processes, the materials, the trades… I was passionate about aviation, I was also passionate about motorsport because I was born next to Le Mans, with the famous 24 Hours of Le Mans. I told myself that before pursuing a career in aviation, I’d try to see what I could do in motorsport.
Éric Boullier, entrepreneur in the field of urban mobility with Circle, former General Manager of the French F1 Grand Prix (until 2024), former team director (McLaren, Lotus) and graduate of IPSA (1999).
